Adobe Connect - intermittent failure to load - Tuesday, 12th September

Over the last few hours, we have been seeing intermittent errors (“Unable to connect to the Adobe Connect Server”) when trying to access an Adobe Connect Virtual Classroom or an existing Adobe Connect recording from within a Moodle unit.

We are currently investigating this issue.

If you get the error we recommend that you refresh the page and try again a minute or two later.
