For the fifth year running, the Information Technology Directorate at UNE is participating in a customer support satisfaction survey to give you an opportunity to let us know about your IT support experience. If you have contacted the Service Desk during the last 12 months, please give us your feedback – whether your experience was great and you want to give us a pat on the back or it wasn’t up to scratch.
Over 30 universities are taking part in this benchmarking survey, which is a good opportunity to find out how we are doing compared to other universities and gives us a chance to improve our service to you based on your feedback.
