ITD will be performing maintenance on University IT systems and services this Saturday, 16th March 2013. The full-day maintenance will commence from 6am and will complete by 6pm, as a result, a number of systems and services will be briefly unavailable during this period.

This maintenance window does not include work on Moodle – the online learning system will continue to be available throughout the day. If it is unavailable via MyUNE, please use the direct link at https://mylearn.une.edu.au

Online Admission and Online Enrolment (via MyUNE) will be available for most of most of the day but may be unavailable for brief periods as systems are updated and restarted.

Some network work is scheduled – the on-campus network will remain available throughout most of the day.

 For all Students and staff

  •        Some UNE systems will be disrupted for short periods throughout the day as they are upgraded / restarted. This will include Barney.
  •       The on-campus network may be unavailable for brief periods.

This event is one of ITD’s scheduled maintenance windows, during which essential work is carried out to enhance and improve University systems. The schedule of maintenance windows for 2013 is on the ITD website (http://www.une.edu.au/it-services/policies/ ).

Please check the ITD service announcements web page regularly for information relating to ITD services interruptions and planned events. http://blog.une.edu.au/serviceannounce/category/itd-announcements/

Service Desk support will be available throughout the weekend - please contact servicedesk@une.edu.au (or 02 6773 5000) if you are experiencing problems during or after the maintenance outage.

Regards,
