ITD will be performing maintenance on University IT systems and services this Saturday, 4th April 2015. The full-day maintenance will commence from 6am and will complete by 6pm and as a result most services will experience periods of disruption.
For staff and on-campus students:
Staff should expect intermittent brief outages as systems are restarted following maintenance updates. Network connections as well as internet access may be temporarily unavailable in different locations across campus during the day.
For off-campus students:
Moodle and student email should NOT be affected.
• No work is planned on the teaching systems. However, we recommend that you download any materials (readings / lecture recordings) you require over the weekend to your local system to make sure you have access in case of any unplanned outages.
• Student Email (Office365 emails @myune.edu.au) will be available throughout the day.
In addition, ITD will be undertaking essential upgrades of our wireless network on Tuesday night (7th April 2015) between 6:00pm and 10:00pm. There will be a period of up to 30 minutes in this window where wireless will be unavailable across campus.
This event is one of ITD’s scheduled maintenance windows, during which essential work is carried out to enhance and improve University systems.
