During the trimester break between T1 and T2, UNE will be upgrading both the lecture recording system (Echo260) and the virtual classroom application (Adobe Connect).

Echo360

We will be performing maintenance on Echo360 between 9 am and 2pm on Saturday, 13th of June. As a result of this scheduled maintenance, both staff and student Echo360 access will be disrupted. If you need to access any T1 lecture recordings on Saturday morning, please download a copy of the recording to your local harddisk prior to Saturday. Information on how to download recordings can be found at https://mylearn.une.edu.au/mod/page/view.php?id=818337

Adobe Connect

The upgrade of Adobe Connect is scheduled for Monday, 15th June mid-morning and will cause a brief outage (less than 1 hour). While the system is briefly unavailable, no new Adobe Connect sessions can run nor will you be able to access recordings of  T1 sessions. The new version of Adobe Connect will have additional features – if your unit uses Adobe Connect, please review the information in the T2 units. Good news is that the Adobe Connect iPad/iPhone app will be compatible with our infrastructure after the upgrade and can be used by students to access Adobe Connect.
