ITD will be performing maintenance on University IT databases from 5pm Tuesday, 1st March to 10am the following morning (Wednesday, 2nd March).

For staff, on-campus students and off-campus students:

The maintenance work affects a number of databases. The following systems, amongst others, will be unavailable during the maintenance period

  • User account activation / password reset
  • Library forms
  • eReserve
  • Online payments
  • Course and Units Catalogue
  • Timetable
  • New England Award
  • MyUNE
  • UNE Maps

Moodle will NOT be affected, but you will need to access Moodle from the direct login at https://mylearn.une.edu.au (rather than via MyUNE).

We recommend that you download any reading / teaching materials you might need in advance to your local computer.

Service Desk support will be available during the outage until 9pm on Tuesday night and from 8.30am on Wednesday  – please contact servicedesk@une.edu.au or http://une.service-now.com if you are experiencing problems after 10am on Wednesday morning.
