The annual IT Support Satisfaction survey is open now - if you have a few minutes, please let us know about your experiences with the IT Service Desk (and what went well and what didn't).
An email reminder about the survey will go out on Friday, 16th September. Check your inbox for a link to the survey. It should now take more than 5-10 minutes of your time and we'd very much appreciate your help in completing the survey.
There will also be some iTunes vouchers up for grabs at the end of the survey for three lucky contributors.
